Awesome book. I only wish it were read by the author. Not that the narrator isn't good. But to have Joe Dispenza's vocal emphasis on his own ideas would add a lot to what you get out of the book, in my opinion.

I love Dr Joe Dispenza’s books they have really helped me find peace. This was the first book I read then I bought a hard copy for the diagrams and processes. I have always believed this concept of perception and belief but not actually taken the time to evaluate my own outlook for evaluating my own personal experience and outcome. It’s not easy to make the switch but this has helped me become clearer, slowly I might add. Anyway, I am grateful for this concept to be outlined so clearly. Then I read You Are The Placebo, watched his movie What The Bleep Do We Know. I love that he celebrates the extraordinary in ordinary people. Now I have purchased Supernatural

I'm sure there are some good lessons at the core of this book that will help people change their thinking for the better. However the 'science' that is explained in this book is very twisted, oversimplified or misunderstood, perhaps intentionally to make some arguments sound convincing. It's quite ironic that the intro urges people to stop relying on science to explain phenomena and start looking beyond it to uncover potential of our minds, yet the book tries so hard to back everything with inaccurately explained or incorrectly interpreted science.

Don’t recommend Interesting but this book speaks more about why we are the way we are and very little on how to change the behavior

Love the book but the narrator’s strong accent is distracting. He has a nice pace tho!

very helpful book! teaches you to understand how strong the link is between your mind and body, and that it's well within your control to change a habit you don't like about yourself

A very good book that drills into the hard questions no one ever seems to answer. Thank you Jo for writing this book. I am going to give meditation a go

I enjoyed the idea of reinventing myself and having more energy. I like the science aspect of the the authors theory and that he has case studies to back up the ideas he presents.
