I was recently diagnosed with ADD. This book helped me understand what happens in my brain when I make decisions. It allowed me to better understand myself and showed me that every decision you make, is a choice controlled by chemical responses and emotions. It showed me that I can change. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to understand their brain and how to make better decisions - and be happier!
